Choose gochujang or doenjang and make a jar to take home. The hands-on session takes around 30–40 minutes in Gyochon Village.
Book for two or more people. The class runs once there are at least four participants across all bookings; if that minimum is not met, the seller offers a full refund. Open Wednesday–Sunday. Traditional ceramic pots cost extra.

A UK traveller enjoyed learning about Korean food, especially fermentation.
The doenjang class felt easy to follow, with a friendly teacher and a relaxed atmosphere.
Kyong liked the ingredient explanations and taking the paste home, but would have welcomed a printed recipe.
