Choose gochujang or doenjang and make a jar to take home. The hands-on session takes around 30–40 minutes in Gyochon Village. Wednesday–Sunday. The detailed terms require four participants overall; confirm departure with the seller. Traditional pots are extra.

A UK traveller enjoyed learning about Korean food, especially fermentation.
The doenjang class felt easy to follow, with a friendly teacher and a relaxed atmosphere.
Kyong liked the ingredient explanations and taking the paste home, but would have welcomed a printed recipe.
