Before you choose
Shop, cook, then sit down to eat
Meet at Mangwon Station Exit 2, walk through the market with the instructor, then prepare three dishes at your own cooking station. The meal is part of the 3½-hour experience.
Choose by menu as well as time
One menu pairs sundubu, bibimbap and bulgogi. The other combines kimchi stew, japchae and spicy pork. Morning and evening menus alternate by day.
Bring the recipes home
Instruction is in English, with up to ten participants. Ingredients, utensils, a recipe book and rice wine are included. Vegetarian or vegan ingredients can be arranged with advance notice.

You cook at an individual station, then eat the dishes you prepared.
When does the evening session finish?
A 6pm start and 3½-hour duration mean an expected finish around 9:30pm. Allow time afterwards for your journey back.
