Incheon Film Week 2026: free screenings, but reserve before you go
A practical guide to Incheon Film Week’s 24-film programme at CGV Incheon Yeonsu, including the booking deadline and what travellers should confirm.

Incheon Film Week returns from October 23 to 25 with 24 films built around the theme “We Are Each Other’s Future.” Every screening is free, but free does not mean walk-in access is guaranteed: the city says advance reservations close at 6 p.m. on October 22.
What is on the programme
The festival is organised into six sections and includes 24 titles. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m. on October 23 in Auditorium 2, followed by a performance by singer Kim Hyun-chul and the Indonesia–Singapore opening film AI Mother.
Look beyond the headline screening
Cinema talks, audience conversations and lobby activities are also planned. A special screening of Gattaca, chosen through a citizen vote, is due to include a commemorative ticket. Check each session for capacity, subtitle and language details before reserving.
Make the free ticket the anchor of your day
Select a screening first and use the official timetable to confirm the auditorium and entry instructions. CGV Incheon Yeonsu is the venue; do not plan around a generic “Incheon” location without checking local travel time.
The experiences linked below are independent commercial tours. Their prices, language support, meeting points and availability belong to the tour operator and are not included with festival admission.
Before you go
- Reserve the chosen screening by 6:00 p.m. on October 22.
- Confirm the session time, auditorium, subtitles or language information, and entry instructions.
- Allow enough local travel time to CGV Incheon Yeonsu.
- Book any linked Incheon tour separately and check that it does not overlap your screening.
