Start with the day you want, not the number of tickets you could use. For sea views and a harbour café, base your day around Haeundae. For a cable-car ride and time by the beach, choose Songdo. These two suggested routes leave space to stop when somewhere catches your eye.

Haeundae · views and harbour cafés
Beach → X the Sky → lunch around Mipo → an optional outing towards Cheongsapo.
Songdo · cable car and a slower afternoon
Songdo Beach → a cable-car round trip → lunch and a relaxed waterfront walk.
| Your day | Haeundae | Songdo |
|---|---|---|
| Main attraction | X the Sky | Marine Cable Car |
| Take a break | Lunch around Mipo; optional Cheongsapo café | Lunch and a beach walk |
| Budget separately | Meals, transport and any Sky Capsule ticket | Meals and transport |
Open the map before filling the day
Mark your hotel, the attraction you most want and your final stop on the official attraction map. Look at the Free and Discount labels separately. Haeundae and Songdo are different outings: joining both adds a cross-city journey. With only one day, choose the area that fits your base and keep the other for another visit.
Haeundae: look down at the sea, then walk beside it
Start with the beach and make X the Sky your main paid attraction. After the view, take a proper lunch break around Mipo. If you still feel like exploring, continue towards Cheongsapo for harbour scenery. Choose your coastal transport before adding it to the plan: the Beach Train and Sky Capsule are separate products, and the capsule needs its own budget.

Songdo: make the ride the highlight
Take time on Songdo Beach before heading to the cable-car station. The current pass listing includes a Crystal Cruise round trip. After returning, stay for lunch and a short walk instead of immediately racing to another corner of Busan. Check the operator’s weather notice before setting out; an exposed coastal ride may not run in poor conditions.

Leave a lunch-sized gap
A good pass day still has room for a meal, a café and the walk back to your hotel. Pick a lunch area rather than a rigid restaurant reservation if your morning involves queues. If the coast turns wet or windy, shorten the route and choose a nearby break. Check your seller’s cancellation terms before changing a paid booking.

Now compare the pass with separate tickets
Write down only the paid places you really plan to enter. A beach walk and café stop make a lovely day, but they do not create ticket savings. Use the pass calculator with those admission prices, then add transport, meals and any capsule ticket separately. If your plan has just one paid attraction, a separate ticket may suit you better.
A few things worth knowing

No. This is a suggested day out, combining pass attractions with independent walks and meals. Match each ticket to the current official benefit before buying.
Must I buy a pass for this itinerary?
